On gear mods for example, it's possible to have +Health rolled as the secondary (much like we already do with Armor). My suggestion for a solution would be to make it viable for a player to completely speck their character into raw Health. Where it sits now feels really nice & fair (except when used with insanely high RPM weapon like Famas wich can get up to 940+ RPM's). Before I suggest a solution, I want to emphasis that buffing Enemy Armor damage would be a really bad solution (for those already thinking that) as it would be simply too strong in both PvP and PvE. So we haven't accomplished or goal of giving an equally powerful stat to roll into over Armor. It's Still King stat to roll, with Enemy Armor damage being the 'Prince' stat to roll where Armor can't be rolled.
Then Highest possible amount of Armor rolled every where else, including gear mods.Īs a result, Armor is still Best in Slot.
